Introduction
Welcome to the Plabable for PSA website (“website”). This site is an online revision website for UK medical students and healthcare professionals. Use of this site is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you read them thoroughly and understand them before using the website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the services provided by Plabable Limited. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.
Both the website and the subscription process are available in English only. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@plabable.com.
Subscription
When purchasing from our website, the subscription price payable to Plabable Limited is indicated on the website. Subscribers are required to make payments in pounds sterling (GBP). If you are paying from a non-UK pound sterling account, your card provider will calculate the exchange rate applicable to your transaction.
A six-month subscription grants access for a total of six calendar months from the date of purchase. Each paid subscription permits one attempt on all questions. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. However, you will be given the option to extend the subscription and/or reset your account to reattempt the questions for an additional fee.
Please note that purchases of Plabable resources are final and non-refundable due to the copyrighted nature of the content. If you wish to cancel a subscription purchased through our website after our contract has come into effect, cancellation shall be at our discretion and, if accepted, may be subject to a cancellation charge. You hereby agree that, due to the nature of the service provided by Plabable Limited, cancellation of your subscription is not permitted once the service has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You undertake that all the details you provide while using the website are accurate and complete. In particular, you confirm that the payment card used is your own and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the service. In addition, your subscription will not be activated until we have received confirmation of payment from your card provider.
Plabable Limited will provide access for the stated subscription period from the date your subscription payment is made. Plabable Limited will not provide any notice or notification before your account expires. You can view your subscription plan and extend your account at any time via the Account tab after logging in.
If you wish to continue accessing the service after your account has expired, you will need to extend your subscription by making a further payment in accordance with the available subscription plans. If you extend your subscription while it is still active, the new subscription period will begin on the day after your current subscription expires. If you extend your subscription after it has expired, the new subscription period will begin immediately upon confirmation of payment.
From time to time, we may offer promotional offers or discounts. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend these offers at any time without prior notice.
Usage of the Website
By using our website, you indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
Accounts are personal to the subscriber and are for their sole, non-commercial use. Passwords and other login credentials must not be shared with others. You may access the Question Bank from only one device at a time to prevent account sharing. Any unauthorised use of your account, including selling or sharing your login details, will result in the termination of your account.
Typically, your subscription will be activated immediately following payment. However, in some circumstances, activation may take a few days while we await confirmation of your payment.
If you use or attempt to use the service for purposes other than personal, individual revision, including, but not limited to, copying questions, answers, or notes, or if you attempt to tamper with, hack, modify, or otherwise use the website in any manner that is likely to compromise or corrupt the security or functionality of the services provided by Plabable Limited, your account will be terminated. You may also be liable for damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where applicable.
Screenshots or screen captures of any website content are strictly prohibited. Systems are in place to detect unauthorised screenshots, and any such activity will result in your account being blocked for five minutes, during which time you will not have access to the Question Bank. Repeated unauthorised screenshots will result in the permanent blocking of your account. If this occurs, you will no longer have access to your account. The decision to unblock an account is at the sole discretion of Plabable Limited, and that decision is final. Refunds will not be provided for accounts blocked due to unauthorised screenshots.
We also reserve the right to block any account that is suspected of being misused. This may occur where our automated systems detect unusual patterns of activity, such as completing questions within an unreasonably short period of time or where login credentials appear to have been compromised. Such activity may result in the permanent blocking of your account, and this decision may not be reversible.
Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that the website remains available at all times, access may occasionally be restricted to allow for maintenance, upgrades, or other circumstances beyond our control (for example, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks).
The service is provided through our website only. You may access your account using a supported web browser on a compatible device. Any technical issues relating to your own device, browser, or internet connection remain your responsibility, and no refunds will be issued where such issues prevent you from accessing or using the service.
Please note that this website uses an API (Application Programming Interface) to securely detect the country from which a service request is made for transaction processing and security purposes.

In no event shall Plabable Limited’s total liability to any user for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) exceed the total amount paid by that user to Plabable Limited for use of the Services. The maximum liability for any claim made by a user shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by that user.
